The Caesars Bacchanal Buffet is available with the Buffet of Buffets pass, but they charge an extra $15 per visit (just like they do with the Rio's Village Seafood Buffet).

The front desk could question the charge because all your doing with the food credit is charging it to your room. I imagine they could say buying a buffet pass is not permitted because the food credit is only good at the casino your staying that. I have heard at some Caesars Entertainment properties that they just add 50,000 RC's to your account when you take your 7* trip. That would be amazing if they did that in Las Vegas as you could use your points for anything or just bank them to buy things in the store or catalog.
