Pala is good if you like JOB 25cent single line, but it is smokey. Pala does have some 6/9 JOB with progressive in the non smoking section, but they are $1. Valley View has by far the best non-smoking section in SoCal, but from what I remember the video poker selection was small and often short pay.

The question is which has the best VP for low level play and which is the best for the non-smoking player. Any opinions welcomed. Note, figuring in value of the slot club definitely OK. Thanks

It's been awhile since I played in SoCal, but Valley View had a non-smoking section at the time. I am not sure what their low level play was like or is like. Rincon has never been good for low level play to my knowledge. Pala might be the best bet for low level play as they at least used to have NSUD. If it is still there, that would be your best bet, but it can be quite smoky there.
