What about running a raffle or donating it to charity?

I won a car back in 2006. My only options were to keep the car or sell it back to the dealer. The sticker was a little less than $32,000. The dealer offered me $26,000. I did have to pay for registration & title.I'm not sure if anything else was paid for but it cost me $1,500.
