Am quickly learning this week that casino rates, comped rooms, and even free-room mailings are not so easy to come by in 2012. We so appreciate Station now.
Phoned a different host at M. Left a detailed voice mail asking how we might go about getting a casino rate. Mentioned our comps at Station, Wynn, and Venetian, volunteering to provide any player card numbers. Made it clear I was not asking for a comp. Also volunteered to book the room online and at the end of the stay if this host could take a look at our play. That was Monday, host is working Sun. - Thurs. No return call. At this point, we don't expect one either.
Phoned Venetian, armed with our 3-free nights at The Venetian /The Palazzo offer which can be used any days of the week. Was told no rooms available.
But looking on the bright side – should be a great trip to RR & GVR!
