I have never heard it was cumulative among the 4. A couple have no restrictions that I'm aware of so I'm not sure that is true. I'd be interested in finding out the same info.

Someone wrote in the comments on my blog: "There is a max. cap of 10,000 base points that you can earn for these multipliers. It is cumulative among the four properties."
Just wanted to verify, since I wasn't aware of this – since I only play at the Gold Coast and not at the other 3 properties. I had assumed you could do 10K at EACH property.
