got this in my email today. I have used these on NCL cruises with no problems. Looks like they have a few offers for land based casinos now. They always worked fine on the cruises with the money being loaded onto your players card. You get to pick what amount you want to put on the machine you are playing...and have to play that much through before hitting cashout.
