If by "decent" you mean a promo worth appx 107%, then
yes, they had a decent promotion. That promotion ended
about the same time as the Gambler's bonus joints all
got their promotions modified.
But I am a bit surprised they fell. The joint was pretty
busy and mostly with people with money to burn.
