I have been to the new Casino in Cleveland. They have a lot of VP on both floors. Also in the High roller are they have about 6 machines. I found an 8/6 JOB in the high roller room. There are many different kinds of VP games. You will get a W2 after $1200 in one hit.
If you want to go and not stand in a line to get in, go around 8am to 12pm during the week. After about 3pm there will be a line. I went after 5 pm on Sunday and only waited in line for about 1/2 hour.

Not sure if they are doing that for ANY THING owed to the State (like back taxes), or only for child support.
