There are two versions, Winpoker, and WinpokerHD
Winpoker is for the iphone and it will run on the ipad in the iphone compatibility box.
The second version is WinpokerHD, and it is only for the ipad.
The only difference I can see is WinpokerHD has 50 and 100 play, and the graphics are more geared toward the larger screen. (The single line cards in portrait mode are huge)
Both versions are currently priced at $9.99 each.

Yes u can play the iPhone version of the app on the iPad but the resolution will be off and it will just look like a giant iPhone. There is an iPad specific app for winpoker which is more expensive.

ALL iPhone apps will work on iPads and once you have purchased the app once for iPhone you can install it on your iPad. By purchasing the app you now have rights to it and it can be downloaded on too any other Apple device as long as it's compatible. I've been using it on my new iPad for just over a month. My son has iPod apps that work on my iPad and vice-versa.
