First off, they think you're an idiot for actually suggesting to pay the casino for negative points, and idiots are their prime target customers. Second, generally nobody really knows why your account shows negative points, usually the cause is buried deep in marketing somewhere. But most people with any degree of a sense of customer service will sense that negative points is something that should never happen, thus in this case the customer is clearly right and has earned the right to a good old fashioned American rant. P.S. it helps to gargle with gin first to really get your point across.

First of all, I'm not sure what the Grossjean YouTube videos were doing in this thread --- but I found that interesting. I recognized Grossjean's voice from the video --- but the disguise was pretty awesome. In actual fact, Grossjean's appearance is such that he could easily fit into, say, a meeting of young Republicans. The guy in the video appears to be a biker --- or perhaps an extra from the Pirates of the Caribbean movies.

As to NOTI's suggestions on how to deal with the negative points with the booth, I think they were funny. I had my own fun with the photo --- showing it to workers in the booth I was friendly with. But with video poker and the need to show ID for W2Gs and cashing comps and such --- disguises are not so useful. Plus, since I play there regularly and you frequently have to go up to the booth at that casino, I wouldn't be surprised if more than half of the boothlings recognized my voice --- no matter what I was wearing.
