Hedy and I spoke with our host at Harrah's New Orleans recently and found
out some news about this year's Seven Stars Signature events.
We were asking about another possible Signature event in NOLA this year (we
loved the one last year!) but were told that NOLA will not be hosting one
in 2012.
According to our host, who said he got his information straight from
corporate, there will be only two Signature events this year (there were three
last year), one in Atlantic City sometime in June and a second one in Las
Vegas, probably in the fall.
He said that New Orleans was lucky to get an event two years in a row and
it was decided to go somewhere else.
We weren't too thrilled with this news because the last one in Vegas, we
thought, left a lot to be desired. AC, of course, is in our backyard, so
that's great but we will really miss the unique aspect and fun of the event in
New Orleans.
