[vpFREE] Re: "Exotic Escapes" Plaza deal was a scam

The promotional slots at Casino Royale are beasts unlike few others. They are the 3-reel mechanical slots found against the wall between the players club and the entrance near Outback Steakhouse, and only accept special “freeplay” coupons. These coupons are usually acquired through the players club, or by playing CR’s other gimmick slot machines located on the sidewalk in front of the casino. Once funded, the promo slot cannot be cashed out. A player can only spin until he either hits the top prize or goes bust.

Hooters Casino is the only other store I can recall with this type of machine. They offer $200 “freeplay” for new members, which is, of course, limited to these machines. I once read on an AP forum the expected return on $200 of FP at Hooters was a fraction of one cent, so I would imagine similar returns for Casino Royale.
