No angle, they were just not getting any play. Same thing will happen with the Spin Fever since people will lose their money even faster on those since you need very complicated strategy changes to get a return better than a regular slot machines on those.
The Build a Wheel games with same pay schedules are still available at all other Stations and Fiestas and they are just sitting idle every time I walk by them.
