S&S Tours in New jersey has Junkets out of Boston and Providence and sometimes NY. Reney Tours in Ct has Junkets out of Hartford.

Unfortunately air fares are simply higher everywhere.
I follow 2 rules to get the lowest fares:
1. Always buy on Tuesday or Wednesday.
2. Departs and return on those days as well.
If you are near a city with Southwest or Jetblue I would try them. Beware of some cheap flights that require multiple landings and changes of planes. At my age I much rather pay an extra $50 for a direct flight.
