My experience is based on the Hollywood casino in Charlestown. Nice to see that Charleston has $5 craps tables. How many times odds do they allow? Odds are the bread n butter of craps tables. Very easy to find 10X odds or better in Vegas, MS,and LA. I have relatives who live about 5 miles from Charlestown and we visit them 5 plus times a year. Sure would be nice to also visit Hollywood if the VP or craps were better.

Slots and VP here in WV are very bad, that is the truth. Not worth your investment.
However, I deal at Mardi Gras near Charleston, and while we do have $25 blackjack games, we also have a whole pit full of $5, $10 and $15 games running all the time, 24/7.
Also poker variations, like 3 card, let it ride and four card. Roulette $5. Craps is $5 and you can do well, but it is true that the odds are severely limited. We have a huge poker room too.

Forget about West Virginia. By statute, slots/VP have between an 85% min to 95% max payout. Re table games, $25 min and craps is capped @ 2X odds.
