Randy, I'm sorry that my emails have not gotten through to you.
Forwarding agents also often reject email with a large attachment,
especially if it contains an application. Apparently they even check
whether a .zip compressed file contains an app.
Another possibility is that you don't have my address in your email
program's address book, and/or you don't have your email program's
preferences set to always accept mail from anyone in your address book.
Anyway, I just sent the update to the address you just gave, and it
didn't come back rejected, so hopefully it got through. Please let me
know. These problems are rare, and I do my best to keep all my customers
up to date.
