Stoney's at 9151 S. Las Vegas (strip mall away from the street) is fun, rowdy, cheap and recommended. Jeans and boots are common. It is not pure C&W, they play hip-hop too and more so as the night wears on such as midnight. Much better than Gilley's which is now mostly a restaurant at TI.
