Absurd.
Another lesson for others on why not to let points, CB or anything else accumulate to large amounts.

On my way to the escalators to get a different card out of my car, I was stopped by security and told the Casino Manager said I was no longer allowed to play there. They then read me the trespass act. I asked if I could collect my cash back balance of over $2,500 before leaving and they said negative. I asked if I could stay for 10 minutes until the slot club opened to get my money since I would never be allowed back. They said if I stayed any longer, the only thing I would get is arrested. When I asked how I was supposed to get my money they smiled and said I could come back for it when they were there, which made no sense since they had just said I would be arrested next time I set foot on the property. (Or maybe that is how unethical they are and shows what they want.)

They said to call the Slot Club Manager Monday to try to work out an arrangement for collecting the money, and they would assist if that attempt was unsuccessful. The agent confirmed that I should only accept the money by mail or off the casino property so as not to be in violation of the trespass.

Instead of trying to figure out what they did wrong and correct it, they have apparently decided to kick out some of the very few player they have. (And they are too stupid to do that properly either.) There are usually more employees then players in the casino at any given time so I doubt they will be open much longer anyway.
