Actually, I have found that Caesars/Harrahs properties have been offering us more free play offers & also now even offering free food & beverage (before they made us use up our points for F&B). I think the thing that bothers me most is the fact that we never even got informed that Silverton would be changing the exchange rate for points. For locals who go there frequently it is not a problem, but if you are not local, how are you to know?
