Q: In the book Cullotta, a photo of the "Chicago Outfit
circa 1970s" names one man as Joseph "Little Caesar"
DiVarco. Just wondered if this person had a connection with
Little Caesars, the little dive-of-a-casino on the Strip
years back? Enjoyed the book a lot, BTW.
