Subject: [vpFREE] Video Poker Tournament Sunday
Tomorrow videopoker.com is hosting a video poker tournament at the South
Point. The prize pool will return 100% of the $50 fee to the players. There
will be one 10-minute qualifying round per entry on 10-6 DDB Triple Play
machines, with up to 360 starting times between noon and 3:40. The top 25
scores along with 5 "wild card" entries will play for the entire prize pool
at 4:30 p.m. A free buffet with beer and wine is included for all comers
beginning at 5:30. The tournament will take place immediately south of the
Show Room. Between 10:30 and 11:30 a.m., I'll be teaching a free "How to do
well in this tournament" class. This is limited to 200 people due to space.
You do not have to be in the tournament to come to the class. The class is
offered upstairs in the Brunswick room, which is reached via the escalator
immediately in front of the gift shop. This tournament rewards fast play
because the more hands you play, the better chance you have.. If you are a
fast player, you have positive equity in the tournament. If you are a Gold
Member (or join for one month for $8.95), you'll get $10 in free play from
the South Point. Bob
