I have pondered this many times, I do not believe so.
I know what I would do if it was. I would go back and say I love you and goodbye to my Father one last time.
I was with Mom when she passed, but I never got to say goodbye to Dad. It happened without warning, and I have always regretted not being there.
Not sure why you asked about time travel, but this is what comes to mind when I think of it, sorry.
