I have to agree with Rob on this one, and I said as much in my book. Since playing VP is not something most people NEED to do, any health related issues should be a signal to stop. There are quite a few hobbies that are good for your health.
The only reason I can think of to continue doing something unnecessary that harms your body would be addiction related. If your reply to this is, "but I enjoy it" you need to ask yourself why anyone does anything addictive. The short answer is, "because they enjoy it".
