Getting a little off-topic, but there are a lot of craps games across this
great nation, and not all of them have savvy casino crews. Some have
stickmen that will even help set your dice before pushing them back, in
order to speed up the game.

As a casino, if you don't believe in dice setting but want to encourage
players who do, that would be a pretty savvy way to do it.
