According to their website, this promo awards $50 every minute from 12-5 on Sundays. It seems very unlikely that you didn't win even one $50 during the five hours. I would have read the complete rules to make sure I was in compliance, then inquired about not winning. But of course they aren't likely to admit something went wrong.
I don't play at this casino (and I don't know anyone who does since they slashed paytables and slot club benefits) but at other casinos who have had something similar, total coin-in doesn't matter. Anyone playing has an equal chance at winning whether they're playing $2 or 1c.
