I was thinking about what Frank said on the radio show the other night about M Resort wanting to switch out the 7-5 Jacks-or-better for something else, something a bit more challenging (and more profitable for the casino). I was wondering what would be a good, and different, choice.
What about All American? What about a pay table like the following?
