Frank, several years ago Arnold wrote about a Colorado blackjack player who was using a strategy card at the table. It was the type they sell in casino gifts shops in Nevada, in other words, not worth the paper it's written on. The player was arrested and charged with using a cheating device.
The Colorado statute he was charged under is an exact copy of the Nevada law that was written to outlaw using any kind of electronic device at the tables.
Arnold was looking for a lawyer with blackjack knowledge to represent the person who was arrested. I never got the outcome of the case. I was wondering if you could ask him about it.
