[vpFREE] Re: XVP: NV makes another list/ retirement places to live

Sun City Anthem is a great place. Very quiet and peaceful. The only problem is there are only two roads getting in and out of there. The back way which goes to the M or Henderson airport(connects to ST Rose PKWY) and the dreaded Eastern way. It can take 20-30 minutes to get to the 215 when traffic is bad on Eastern. Someone didn't plan well for the amount of homes up there.

We are just starting to see a preview of summer, since it hit the 90's yesterday. No state income tax, cheap food and entertainment, makes this a great retirement location. Sun city Anthem is also great. There are quite a few Sun Cities... thruout the Las Vegas/Henderson area to choose from as you know. But you have to be 55 to live there and make use of the facilities.
