Lake Mead drive has been redone for some time now. It is four lanes wide on each side with separate turn lanes. Flow of traffic is much nicer now. The two lanes going each way in and out of the Lake Las Vegas neighborhood is more than adequate for the traffic going through there. I think the round about is what throws people off. Not a very hard concept to grasp but Ive never seen so many people have a a hard time dealing with it.
