"Bottoms Up" is a reference to how one reads Team created strategies, which were more for training and speed of memorization than the types of strategies Bob produces, which are intended for in-field use.

I cringe, like most of us, when I see 6/9 for Jacks or Better (JoB) or 5/9 for Deuces Wild (FPDW). You just look at the bottoms first, then the tops.
