That "Not Held" is a flickering light bulb now turned-on in my head, a novel idea, for teaching TTT. But Top-Down versus Bottom-Up could be a clue about the non-conventinal nomanclutre that you use.
I cringe, like most of us, when I see 6/9 for Jacks or Better (JoB) or 5/9 for Deuces Wild (FPDW). You just look at the bottoms first, then the tops.
OBTW, Bob's article still has an "F" where a "T" should be, IMO.
