Industry standard for the pros I know is to tip about 2% of the theoretical win for a Jackpot Cycle, irrespective of Jackpot amount.
$15,000 JP with a $12,000 cost = $60 Tip
So for a $1000 Quarter Deuces RF one would tip = $9
$4,000 RF on 57T Dbl BoPo = $8 Tip
Tip a percentage of the Theoretical Win--Not the Jackpot Amount.
On the Dollar Bar at Harvey's I tiped to the Bartender:
Every 4k = $5 (JP Between $125-500)
SF = 20 (JP Between $250-$5000)
RF = $500 (JP Between $4,000-30,000)
Even tipping this much was trivial on this particular play.
