It sounds like you are asking how to get better mailers for your action at the Palms. I don't know if anyone has a definitive answer to that. They seem to have changed their mailer requirements a few months ago. Used to be that daily average was important. I'm not so sure about that now. From what I have seen, the mailers reflect your theo during whatever time period they have chosen to use.
One other thing, the Palms does not like anyone playing on anyone else's card, even if it's a spouse. It's not worth the risk of getting no-mailed or having all your benefits removed.
