I am just sick of our own government shirking their main responsibility. We need to have some regular people run and win offices in all aspects of our government and get rid of persons in responsible positions that are not doing their jobs.

I just turned a young 55 myself, and I feel like I am literally watching Rome starting to burn. I am old enough to remember such better times in this country, even though I grew up in the turbulent 60s, there was still at least a safe feeling. Now it is just frightening, it's like an air of impending doom, I just can't help but feel this way. If we do not succumb to criminals' exploits, both domestic and foreign, then there's our own government to worry about. If I ran my personal finances like they do, I'd be on skid row. Is anyone awake in the cockpit?
