Thanks to all that replied to my question. I found Mickey and fivespot's explanations to be especially helpful. I'm pretty good at plugging bonus payouts into Winpoker, but when it gets beyond that, I'm usually overwhelmed. I was glad to see that my gut feeling was pretty close to the correct answer.
Taking the 85,000 hand average to complete a Bingo card from fivespot, the $500 bonus on 25c denomination games adds about 0.47%, which is better than I have heard many people estimate. Dollar games don't fair so well since the bonus is only $1000 for 4X the coin-in. Personally, I would add strategy adjustments when I got down to the last one or two spots to shorten the cycle slightly. For example, if I was only missing the 25c RF and that spot would give me an extra $250 for completing the card, I would play an adjusted strategy with a RF value of $1,250.
