Sage Steakhouse at Harvey's is very good. We love Fridays Station at Harrah's because of the great view but I think the food at Sage is better. Kitchen 19 at Harvey's also has a great view. They do have a point multiplier one day a month for VP but I don't know what day it is in Feb. The 50 plays in the high limit room have BP and they give you bonus reward credits. Horizon has a movie theater. Sightseeing probably won't be great that time of the year but the skiing should be great if you are in to that. Check their website for entertainment.
