You are correct. Rarely a $1 progressive gets put on a $0.25 bank for example, saw it once at the Stardust.

Hi all,
I think I remember reading here once that if a casino has a progressive jackpot going that hasn't been hit, and they want to discontinue those machines in their inventory, that they have to reassign the jackpot money somewhere else? Or do they have to keep those machines active until someone hits it?
Does anyone know what the truth of it is? I'm curious about this.
Thanks,
Valerie
