Search your local library for The Mathematics of Gambling...you should
find several titles and can see if any of them are written at the
level you're looking for. If that doesn't work, check out the
recommended books on the Wizard of Odds site and/or google probability
and gambling books---you'
title and related titles that might fit your needs. And don't forget
to ask here...I can't be the only that enjoys reading the different
solution approaches.
