Mentioning somethng three or four times times in one post is hardly a
sign that you've forgotten about it. If your only justification for
doing something illegal is that someone else owes you $7000, then
clearly this money is on your mind.
While FVP has some decent features, it's very much a version 1 while
Wolf VP is a version 2. WVP contains all of the goodies of FVP and much
more. If you HAVE FVP, it's a fine product. If you're buying a new
product, there's no reason to consider FVP as WVP is clearly superior in
all respects. (I strongly support Video Poker for Winners, of course,
and argue that it has strong features that neither of these programs
have.)
I only know second hand the disagreements between Jean and Jim. I am
hardly in position to know the exact history of the $7000. I have spoken
at length to Jim Wolf about Jean representing him during the time he
believes FVP was being sold legally. I find him very persuasive. I do
not find Jean persuasive, but she and I have a history so your mileage
may vary. Jean is choosing to trash him on this site where he doesn't
regularly post. If you wish to read what he says about her go to
http://www.wolfvide
more persuasive than Jean as well.
