9/6 Jacks is pretty standard, some casinos even offer significant same
day cashback or quad bonuses, I'm thinking of Circus-Circus, Sienna,
Grand Sierra, Carson Nugget, Fandango, Horizon, Montbleu. Atlantis
and Peppermill have some breakeven games but if you even look like you
know what you're doing, they won't hesitate to 86 you. About the same
goes for the Legacy Joker Poker and Rail City's 10/7/5 double bonus.
Pretty much all the casinos have cut back on their food quality and
service, the one exception would be Ascuaga's Nugget which added
10/7/5 double bonus and a card swipe promo recently. Crime is a
problem downtown and at Atlantis/Peppermill, you could say these are
"bad neighborhoods". The Police advise pepper spray but local supplies
have been sold out.
