What a shocker that would be. Imagine that you are Fertitta Capital
Partners a.k.a. FCP. You sign a BIG note to take STN private. You do
it. Then the noteholders freak out after the whole system seizes up,
because they cannot flip some of the note.

That would be a darn shame. Here's a challenge to all readers that
even have a MAJOR brokerage account. Call your broker tomorrow
(2/25/08) and inquire about the debt from the HET or STN buyouts.

My guess is no one will report back. Regardless, any accounting
minor can deduce the company is now over-burdened with debt, so
assets have to be sold. Perhaps they (FCP) will even sell their 1/2
interest in GVR.
