I emailed Tarek Cluff, Slot Manager Suncoast Hotel and Casino, and
asked the following:
"Hello Tarek,
I have a question or two regarding the monthly slot club mailers.
Can you clarify the amount of coin in required to attain the
different level mailers and the bounceback cash and resturant
vouchers associated with each level.
Also is there uniformity between all Coast casinos regarding coin in
and mailer levels?"
This is the response?:
"Mailers are different from property to property and due to
competitive reasons we are not able to disclose the different
criteria used for mailers. All mailers are based on coin in at each
property and can vary from month to month. Occasionally there will
be a corporate mailer that will apply to all of our properties. Our
One Card criteria over a 90 day period is $0 to $19,999 for Ruby,
$20,000 to $124,999 for Sapphire and $125,000 + for Emerald. I
realize this may not answer all your questions but hopefully it
helps. Please feel free to call me if you have any questions. Thank
you"
