You have to be kidding, Where do you bank?

Financial institutions turn it over to the government who in turns advertises it for a period of time.

Most people would not argue over a one year or so deadline. However, 60 days is outrageous especially since most visitors to Vegas do not return every 60 days. It's amazing that the state of Nevada allows it.
