For the most part smoking is over with in California. When I am passing a
hotel in downtown LA I am always surprised to see a group smoking outside. Than
I remember, but of course this is a group from out of state or out of
country. There are those that smoke of course, but few--and there are those that
still smoke the "grass." But smoking is over to a large extent. I am neither
recommending Casinos ban it nor saying the should not--But when the law forbids
it to a great extent it eliminates it.
