Although you could be right, my sense is that we will do better by
leaving my wife's card alone, because as tralfamidorg indicated,
Harrah's views me as "a lowlife dirtball VIDEO POKER PLAYER.
Harrah's doesn't LIKE you because you don't LOSE very much."
He also suggested that since Harrah's is not weighing my play very
heavily now, there is no reason to believe that it will add much
weight if I combine my play with my wife's play.
We are now gold tier card holders, and some have suggested that by
combining play, we might make it to platinum or diamond status. Since
we usually only go to AC once a year for four days, we do not put
enough time in on the lower priced machines, and at most occasionally
play some dollar machines. It is unlikely that we could move up very
much, but it would be nice to try.
My essential question is: Will greater play on my wife's card outweigh
the decline in her average theoretical loss resulting from my video
poker play?
I have appreciated all of your thoughtful suggestions.
