I agree. The summary of the case was actually an interesting read,
as far as legal documents go.
One would think that after a quarter-million dollar judgement against
them, they would have either clarified on the glass and help screen
that a sequential is left-to-right only, or reprogrammed it to
include right-to-left as a qualifying sequential.
