You forgot to divide the $20,000 by the $3.75 bet, making the dealt royal

 You have the right idea! The numerator s/b $20000 not $23000 as the 
 normal royals would be $3000. 20000/649740=
 a juicy 101.76% but highly volatile. Note the 8 on FH means you keep 
 all high pairs rather than two pair.
