RE: [vpFREE] What to do now?

Take some time off from that casino.
See if they contact you and find out why you are not playing and then tell them why you are unhappy and see what happens.
If nothing, then re-assess their playable inventory and comps/offers and decide whether you want to return or not.

I think if you complain too vigorously, then they know that you had something good going on at their property which they probably wanted to eliminate.

I'm in their top tier and am seriously considering taking my play somewhere else from now on. The next closest would be Belterra Casino and resort, but it's not that convenient. What have others done in this situation? By the way they gave me $25 in food checks so I could get dinner, but they forgot to mention that they expire within 48 hours of you requesting them, so another $15 just went down the drain.

RE: [vpFREE] Re: Again, important to keep track of points at Harrahs properties

At some Harrahs/Caesars properties, the gaming day is different from the promotion day.

I have been at some Harrahs properties where the promotion will run from 6:00 am until midnight rather than 6:0 a.m. to 5:59 a.m. and have seen other variations for promotions as well.

Also while their play day appears to run until 6 AM, I have noticed play after midnight adds a play day on the website and therefore may very well reduce daily average too. If anyone has recent contradictory proof, I would love to be corrected.
