Take some time off from that casino.
See if they contact you and find out why you are not playing and then tell them why you are unhappy and see what happens.
If nothing, then re-assess their playable inventory and comps/offers and decide whether you want to return or not.
I think if you complain too vigorously, then they know that you had something good going on at their property which they probably wanted to eliminate.
