[vpFREE] Update desired on Harrah's / Horseshoe Council Bluffs

 

Have an air offer for Council Bluffs and September seems like an ideal time to visit. 

However, I assume that the bartops with 15/9 DW are shut down, as they are in most casinos to promote social distancing.  I'd appreciate it if someone could confirm and suggest whether there's anything to play in lieu of this.  (Private reply is welcome).
